This exclusive tour is a day of fun and discovery. Get to know the Otago Peninsula on a Food Challenge
where you will be enthused and inspired by what’s seasonal, meet local personalities and have the
opportunity to participate in a hands on lunch.
This great day out is perfect for special interest groups, celebrations, or anyone with a passion for
discovering what is in our own wonderful local backyard.
Itinerary:
>Farmer’s Market or Supermarket Challenge
Start the day with a list and your instructions.
Purchase items for lunch- either Cooking Demonstration or
Cooking Challenge.
>Harrowset Hall Emporium
Time to start collecting your essentials.
>Broad Bay China Shop
Wander around the Garden with a coffee.
Visit the China Shop. Choose and buy your crockery for lunch
>Lunch at Harrington Point – Home of Jan Mc Lean
Enjoy lunch with local wines.
Either a Cooking challenge or a food demonstration
Visit the internationally famous “doll house”.
