Team Cuisine


Team Cuisine is an exercise in which everyone participates. The results are amazing and always delicious. Even people who have never set foot in a kitchen, except to raid the fridge, find Team Cuisine creative, satisfying and fun.

It’s a team exercise with immediate appeal… everyone contributes, everyone enjoys the final results with a glass of wine.


After Work

This is a perfect social event providing fun and group interaction in an after work setting.

Judith’s Home

Prepare and cook finger food recipes in her kitchen.

Time: 2 – 2.5 hours

Numbers: 8 – 12

Venue with Cooking Facilities

Learn a cooking technique _e.g. risotto, pasta, pastry etc. 

Demonstration. Prepare and Cook Recipe.

Time: 2 – 2.5 hours

Numbers: 10 – 20

Office Team Competition

Work in teams through a series of food related activities in your own


• Make and design a finger food e.g. crostini

• Ice and decorate a gingerbread person

• Test your sense of smell

• Wine experience – blind tasting

• Food identification

Time: 2 – 2.5 hours

Numbers: flexible


Evening Cook Off

Team Innovation

Groups are divided into teams. Provided with a basket of seasonal foods, each team must produce 3 courses using the ingredients in a set time frame.

Time: 3 – 3.5 hours

Numbers: 15 – 25

Demonstration and Cook Off

After a demonstration of a variety of recipes, each group uses the recipes to produce the final meal.

Time: 3 – 3.5 hours

Numbers: 15 – 25


Demonstration ~ Judith’s home

Judith demonstrates a variety of recipes to complete a menu using regional seasonal foods. Suitable for easy cooking at home for families and friends.

Time: 2.5 – 3 hours from 7.30

Numbers: maximum of 22
