Real Life Experience
Ever wanting a challenge, Judith has changed her career several times during her adult life. She has been a teacher and a restaurant owner. She has run a cooking school and is also a food stylist.

Not wanting to restrict herself to the kitchen Judith moved into the world of both domestic and overseas travel and now organises and hosts tours in New Zealand and two tours a year to Italy.
She is passionate about cooking at home for family and friends, where she brings together her interests of vegetable gardening, shopping at regional markets and using seasonal produce to provide exciting, tasty, healthy and sensibly priced meals.
More Than Just Words
Not only does Judith talk knowledgeably and engagingly about her subject, she can also include cooking demonstrations and to support her topic, provide interaction and demonstrate food presentation.
When talking about travel, not only does she paint a vivid picture in words when she shares her knowledge and stories of travelling in both New Zealand and Italy, she can also include a Powerpoint presentation and share some of the fantastic views and sights.
Judith’s two cookbooks formulate many experiences (especially the book Dinner in a Basket) where she travelled around many of the New Zealand farmers markets and written about this experience.
