Food has been the focus of my professional career and my passion for all my working life.I have always lived in Otago and believe in cooking with the freshest local and regional foods available.Our stunning seasonal food motivates me to create new menus that show off our diverse range of fresh produce.My cooking classes in Dunedin allow me to welcome you into my home, where I can demonstrate how our unique local produce can combine with international cuisine. I constantly seek out new flavours and trends to give you the chance to cook with confidence in your own kitchens. I get enormous pleasure from encouraging people to cook healthy food at home for friends and family.
